Road Tax Service

Time to renew your road tax? Visit any of our easily accessible inspection centres island-wide and renew your road tax with us today. Free parking available for all JIC customers.

You are required to produce the originals of these documents when renewing your road tax in the event such information is not available online :

1. Certificate of insurance or cover note.

(Note: Insurance policy, insurance payment schedule, insurance renewal notice, insurance premium payment receipt, photocopy of insurance certificate/cover note are not acceptable. Images from electronic/mobile devices on selected insurers are acceptable).

2. Inspection certificate (if applicable)

3. Number plate inspection certificate (for Weekend/Off-Peak cars)

4. Vehicle parking certificate

(Note: For heavy vehicles exceeding 5,0000kg MLW, buses with seating capacity exceeding 15 passengers, trailers, or mobile cranes and recovery vehicles exceeding 2,500kg ULW).
